Personal Training Packages

Individual Training

This is for one-on-one personal training.  Packages can be purchased in blocks of 10, 25 or 50 sessions with no expiration.  We begin every new client with a Dietary Guidance Course and Fitness Assessment.  Based on the information and results we gather from those sessions we design a program specifically to meet each client’s needs and goals.  At the end of the package we re-access each client to show them their improvements.  We feel that nutrition is such an essential component of our program that it is discussed every workout. 

Group Training
We also offer small group training sessions of 2-4 people.  These packages are at a reduced rate and may be purchased in blocks as well.  If you do not already have a group then TWC will find one for you.  Regardless of your age or fitness level, we have a group for you!  

Start up Kit
This package is for an individual who simply needs a new program along with some motivation to get going.  This includes:
    Nutrition Session – see Nutrition page
    Body Composition – using Skin Fold or Tanita Scale techniques
    Program Design – to meet the specific needs and goals of the client
    Fitness Assessment – we will conduct an initial assessment and a follow up assessment in 6-12 weeks
    Three one-on-one personal training sessions – to explain the program and conduct assessments
